Horticulturalist Gardener
The agriculture, horticulture and conservation and land management industries strongly affirm that training and assessment leading to recognition of skills must be undertaken in a real or very closely simulated workplace environment and this qualification requires all units of competency to be delivered in this context.
The qualification has 5 x core units of competency requirements plus 11 x elective units. A total of 16 units are required.
Licencing varies across States and Territories and additional requirements may be required. Please check with your local regulatory body.
It is anticipated this course will take up to 24 months to complete, depending on the delivery method and course attendance from the student. Levels of experience and any additional prior Qualifications in a relevant industry may also affect time frames.
